About Us
The Gift of Sleep
We are excited to give the gift of sleep to babies, children, and families. For us, learning how to support our babies’ ability to sleep well, both at night and for naps, has been a huge part of our being able to get the sleep we need, so that we can be the best parents we can be, and can enjoy this stage with our little ones. We are excited to offer sleep consultation to share the gift of sleep so that there are more and more rested families who are excited for what is to come!
Michael Holden Klingler
Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant
Prior to working with families and their children’s sleep, Michael was an educator for sixteen years serving junior high and high school students. He enjoys sleep consulting because at heart he is a teacher and loves to come alongside people to help. When asked what draws him to sleep consulting, Michael says that “as a Sleep Consultant I get to listen to my clients, co-create solutions with them, and walk with them to the point that they feel confident they can handle their child’s sleep on their own. Seeing and hearing the relief and joy parents experience in the process is deeply satisfying. And I get tons of gratitude!” So if you are tired and worn out, or want to learn some skills before there is a problem, then reach out! We at Little One Sleep would love to help.
Kathryn Holden Klingler
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Administrator
Kathryn supports and promotes Little One Sleep by networking for community talks, overseeing our social media and being an integral part to many of the behind the scenes aspects of our practice. Additionally, she is involved in multiple local community groups and is a Marriage and Family Therapist. When asked why she is passionate about infant and young children’s sleep she says that “I remember being exhausted and confused over sleep. Learning about our children’s sleep has been transformative in our family’s life. Our children sleep well most of the time and, when they do not, we have tools to address the sleep challenge. Knowledge about sleep is deeply needed and I want to see more parents informed and equipped with effective tools so they and their children can be rested and ready for all of life’s adventures!”
